The National Bank of Georgia has set a new exchange rate for the national currency. As a result of trading on January 18, the US dollar depreciated and amounted to 2.6695 lari. Today's exchange rate was 2.6726 GEL. Accordingly, the change in the dollar against the national currency amounted to 0.0031 lari.
The euro strengthened, the exchange rate of which is 2.8983 lari. While the current exchange rate was 2.8905 GEL. Accordingly, the change in the euro exchange rate amounted to -0.0078 lari.
The Turkish lira depreciated to 0.1420 lari, while the pound strengthened to 3.2952 lari.
The exchange rate established as a result of today's trading will be valid from January 19.
