Georgian pianist Giorgi Gigashvili is set to grace the stage with the BBC Symphony Orchestra. The concert, taking place in London on April 16, will spotlight Gigashvili's remarkable skills.

Under the baton of conductor Neil Venditti, the evening will celebrate the music of Italian maestros Giacomo Puccini and Alfredo Casella. Adding to the night's allure, Gigashvili will dazzle audiences with Mozart's Piano Concerto No. 2 K. 39.

Last year marked a significant milestone for Gigashvili as he joined the ranks of the BBC New Generation Artists program. This prestigious two-year initiative offers young talents the chance to collaborate with leading orchestras, including the BBC Philharmonic and BBC Symphony Orchestra, and to participate in concerts, festivals, and album recordings across the UK.

Since its inception in 1999, the New Generation Artists program has been dedicated to nurturing promising artists and broadening their reach. Giorgi Gigashvili stands among these global talents, set to make his mark through collaborations with festivals, recording studios, and live performances in Britain.
