“If we can ease the situation for the population, including those living in Abkhazia, we will do so, but we will do it within the framework of the ‘Law on Occupation,’” Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze said in response to a question about the supply of fuel from Georgia to the occupied territories.

“Eighteen years have passed since the August War, yet even today we all remember, including emotionally, those extremely difficult days, and it is our duty to honor the memory of the heroes who died in the August War,” Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze told journalists.
