The Council of Europe is the body that has large problems in terms of Russian influence. This body was embroiled in a large scandal and our delegation left; even the members of the Georgian Dream at the time refused to participate in the Assembly because Russian voting rights had been restored there, and this is a very big scandal in Europe. Many think that it is associated with and identical to Europe because it is called the Council of Europe, and this is not so. It is not insignificant, it is a very sick institution in a problematic state, unfortunately."
