Georgian footballer of Paris Saint-Germain, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, received UEFA’s Man of the Match award after the 4–0 victory over Atalanta, in which he scored a goal.
The Georgian was recognized by UEFA’s technical group. The organization’s website states:
“He had an outstanding game, was brilliant in one-on-one duels, and scored a superb individual goal. He created numerous chances and was a constant threat with his dribbling skills,” — noted UEFA’s team of technical observers.
