Within the framework of the Dubrovnik Forum, a meeting took place between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, Maka Bochorishvili, and the OSCE High Commissioner on National Minorities, Kairat Abdrakhmanov.

The meeting highlighted the successful, long-term, and results-oriented cooperation between Georgia and the HCNM, based on close dialogue.

Georgia's state policy on national minorities and the effective implementation of relevant governmental strategies tailored to the specific needs of ethnic minorities were positively assessed.

The Minister reaffirmed Georgia’s commitment to fulfilling its international obligations in this area.

Special attention was given to the OSCE’s involvement in the peaceful resolution of conflicts and the organization’s important role, including in the framework of the Geneva International Discussions.

At the end of the meeting, both sides expressed readiness to continue cooperation with the OSCE High Commissioner’s office and other institutions of the organization.
