Due to damage to one of the escalators, the Varketili metro station temporarily stops accepting passengers. The information is disseminated by the Tbilisi City Hall.
Metro services will be used only by those passengers who travel in the direction of Varketili. The appropriate technical service is already on site in order to eliminate the malfunction in time.
“The station will resume operation as soon as the escalator is repaired. "Tbilisi Transport Company apologizes for the inconvenience," the report says.
