"Saba" shopping center plans to expand in 2023. As the director of the company, Paata Katcharava, told BusinessPartner, 2 locations are being considered, including the area adjacent to the existing shopping center (Tornike Eristavi #5) and Davit Agmashenebeli alley.
Kacharava states that technical issues are currently being resolved, after which additional details will be made public.
"Saba" shopping center has been operating since 2005. The main direction of the company is the rental of commercial premises. The total area of "Saba" is 55,907 sq.m., the building is located on 49,000 sq.m.
