A citizen of Brazil tried to bring into Georgia 1 kilogram 352 grams of the drug cocaine. He was detained with 125 packages of drugs at the Tbilisi airport.
“As a result of operational-search activities carried out jointly by the Customs Department of the Revenue Service of the Ministry of Finance and the Main Criminal Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, cocaine in an especially large amount was found at the customs post of Tbilisi airport.
The materials of the case have been transferred to the relevant service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia for further response.
