A 4-star hotel in Sighnaghi will be able to receive guests in 2023.
The project is launched within the framework of the Georgian Tourism Development Fund. According to the Co-investment Fund, the 130-room hotel of the Georgian brand will have spa and fitness centers, an outdoor pool, a wine bar and cellar, a restaurant, a lounge bar with a 360-degree view, and a large-scale conference hall.
According to the co-investment fund, the total amount of investment exceeds $34 million. The project covers 50,000 square meters of land.
